Sustainability and an eco-friendly ethos remain key at Espiche

Plans are underway to develop a hotel and residential village on the adjacent parcel of land to the golf course. This project is being driven by the same ethical and innovative vision that underpins Espiche Golf, and will feature abundant green spaces and an unusually low build density.

The heart and first phase of this eco-resort will be a “Praca” or village square linking the boutique hotel with a signature lifestyle/cultural center. The main hotel building will include several luxury suites, a restaurant, sky bar, conference rooms, spa and gym. The majority of guests will be accommodated in one and two-bedroom single-story eco-units set harmoniously into the landscape.
